Students from DSU "Metodi Mitevski Brico" and members of Blue Sky local club Delcevo too, on
Wednesday 9
March was part of debate "Multiethnic living". Part of this debate was students -representatives of three ethnical communities which live in Delcevo-Roma's and Turkey's-Muscleman and Macedonians-Christians. The debate was successful made by Vesna Dimitrivska- diplomated proff. of Sociology from our school. First we met each other although many of us had already made friendships .Goals of this debate and this session were how we-young people -will contribute to strengthen mutual relegations, realized of mutual collaboration and excel of ethnical stereotypes and preudice. We exchanged our preliminary known from religious, cultural and traditional aspect. And we came to one conclusion: all have (someone's a little, someone's a lot) known ledges from opposite religion-at least the principal holidays and traditions for example all knows about Bible, Easter, Christmas, Bay ram, Cyrano.Someone's told that the relations between Roma's students and others is on very bad level because they don't consider them like others. For that Roma's students are very disappointed. But someone doesn't agree with this, because they have many friends from opposite religion and they are very satisfied. For example I think that we shouldn't make difference between students from different religions or different colour of our hands because we are all same and we all have same human rights. We should help them who think that are thrown away from others but say to those others that they aren't only ones on this planet-there are and others who deserve to live without differences of body colour or religion. We confirmed this by giving answers to these four important questions:
1. Mutually meeting (culture, tradition, language)and formation mutually confident
First group which had this theme wrote that they will format multiethnic club with members-representatives of the ethnical communities in Delcevo. Goals on this club will be simple: getting acquainted with religion, culture, tradition and languages by workshops, expositions made by their own. This was accepted by all and we hope that in near future this will come true.
2. Civil and democratic education
Answers of this topic were: equality representation in school's classes, organized cultural manifestations with multiethnic character, representation more professors from other nationalities in educational institutions-everything with ones purpose-getting equality for all!!!
3. Promotion of democratic value.toleration.
Introduction of faith learning in schools, mediums, debates in schools, organise publicly debate, raising consciousness.
4. Democratic value (dialog, toleration, saving peace)
This group across definitions gave answers:
Democrat- ruling on the people but to determinate limits
Dialog- conversation between two people or countries without national differences
Saving peace- farthing to get peace all over the world
We hope that this debate will confirmed to all people that we are equality in the society.
